Ayesha Curry and Steph Curry’s family is full of foodies, especially since Ayesha has had multiple cooking shows and cookbooks. However, there’s a picky eater amongst them.
In a recent interview with People, Ayesha talked about how she cooks for her family, and how there’s only one of them that’s a picky eater (despite her best efforts)! So is it their eldest, Riley? Or their youngest, Caius? Nope!
She said, “My oldest son is the pickiest eater — my [6-year-old], Cannon. People told me, ‘There’s always going to be one,’ and I was like so arrogant and was like, ‘There’s no way,’ ” she continues, laughing. “But I have a mac and cheese kid. Is what it is!”

Ayesha and Steph originally met when they were only teenagers at a youth group meeting, but didn’t start dating until years later. They married in July 2011, and have welcomed four children together Riley, born in July 2012, Ryan, born in July 2015, Canon, born in July 2018, and Caius Chai, born in May 2024.
In a previous interview with SheKnows, the Sweet July founder talked about approaching nutrition in an “approachable and long-lasting way” towards her kids, which meant eliminating the word “diet” from all of their vocabulary.
“I cannot say I’m on a diet or I cannot say, ‘I’m watching what I eat.’ I try to make sure that I don’t use those terms around them,” she said. “Instead, I’m like, ‘Today, I’m going to have like a healthier meal.’ It’s rephrasing things that way in front of them because they really are watching.”
