123Dentist, one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing dental support organizations (DSOs), has announced on Wednesday a definitive agreement to acquire MCA Dental Group Limited, an Ottawa-based network of 27 clinics operating in Ontario and Québec.
“As we continue to grow, we are committed to elevating dental care for patients across Canada,” said Jeff Leger, Chief Executive Officer of 123Dentist. “MCA Dental Group’s clinics, teams and reputation strengthen our ability to make dentistry the gateway to better health.”

MCA Dental Group CEO Dr. Mahmood Khedmatgozar said joining 123Dentist will allow the group’s clinics to access expanded resources while maintaining patient trust.
“Patients will continue to receive the same excellent care, while also benefiting from new innovations that keep dentistry at the centre of lifelong health,” he said.
Founded by dentists, 123Dentist supports more than 5,000 clinicians across 450-plus clinics in Canada, serving over two million patients annually. The company says it has achieved “industry-leading revenue growth” driven by same-store performance and 35 new acquisitions in the past 12 months.
The acquisition will see the MCA Dental Group brand retired, with its operations transitioning fully under the 123Dentist banner. Patients will continue to receive care from the same teams, supported by 123Dentist’s systems, technology and operational expertise.
